Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to lead our team at Bear Care - Arnold House Day Nursery. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children aged 3 months to 11 years. Your leadership will be key in fostering a creative and supportive environment for both staff and children.
Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Lead, mentor, and support nursery staff to deliver high-quality care and education.
* Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's development.
* Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to support children's transitions into nursery.
* Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development.
* Ensure the nursery environment is safe, welcoming, and conducive to learning.
Requirements
* Proven experience in early childhood education.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is required.
* Experience working with children of various ages is essential.
