Role Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead finance business partnering support to the Division. This is a hybrid role, based in Knutsford, Warrington, or another office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consolidation of accounts at Divisional, Business, and PU levels
* Ensuring compliance with SOX requirements
Deliverables and Tasks:
* Support performance and outlook reviews by preparing monthly management accounts and reports
* Provide clear management information to support business decision-making
* Coordinate forecasting exercises for future performance
* Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes
* Manage operational cash flow and working capital
* Support commercial reviews and contract bidding
Continuous Improvement:
* Enhance business processes for efficiency
* Support integration activities
* Ensure SOX compliance
* Implement process improvements and ensure consistency in financial reporting across operations
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)
* Experience with systems such as Hyperion, Oracle, Office365
