Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership
* Assist in the coordination of school events, activities, and daily operations
* Act as a key point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors
* Maintain accurate records and manage school documentation systems
* Support student supervision and wellbeing when required
* Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or support role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
* Professional, approachable, and reliable
Desirable
* Previous experience in a school or educational setting
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
* First aid qualification (or willingness to train)
