Up to £57,000 + bonus + strong package

What you’ll be doing:

Leading a small team delivering system and software design

Driving hardware and software integration across the product
*
Translating requirements into robust design baselines
*
Working across the full engineering lifecycle, from concept to test
*
Engaging with stakeholders across systems, software, and project teams
What you’ll bring:

Software design experience within a complex product environment
*
Ability to lead small teams
*
Understanding of the full development lifecycle (V-model)
*
Experience with tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, or similar
*
Ability to lead, influence, and solve complex technical problems
*
Strong background in requirements, design, and integration
