An exciting job role has arisen to work within the Community Respiratory Service for a Bank Specialist Respiratory Nurse.
The post holder will participate in supporting the developing community respiratory service and deliver comprehensive, skilled and evidence based respiratory care to patients in the primary care setting.
The post holder will support the delivery of proactive patient care, appropriate admission avoidance and facilitate early discharge, fostering close working relationships with Community Nursing, Primary Care, Social care and the Acute Trust.
The post holder will work within an established clinical team who deliver Respiratory care across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin providing in reach to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Princess Royal Hospital working within an MDT, as we are extremely fortunate to have Pulmonary Rehab/Respiratory Physiotherapy within our Community Respiratory Service. It is a very exciting time to be part of SCHT as we review and expand our community services in conjunction with Shropshire Telford and Wrekin ICS.
