Key Responsibilities
* Develop and own the social media strategy across platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision, values, and business objectives.

* Create, edit, and publish high-quality content, including posts, stories, short‑form video, graphics, and thought leadership materials.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on social performance metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies to grow engagement and reach.
* Engage with communities, respond to comments/messages where appropriate, and nurture active and professional online audiences.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — marketing, communications, and business stakeholders — to amplify key initiatives.
* Stay on top of platform trends, competitor activity, and new tools to ensure the brand remains culturally relevant and strategically effective.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in social media strategy and management at a well-established or high‑growth brand.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging, professional content.
* Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
* Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
* Hybrid working: London-based with flexibility to work from home.
* Exposure to strategic communications and high-profile brand initiatives.
* Collaborative, supportive culture focused on learning, growth, and impact.
Location & Workplace Policy
* Based in West England hybrid role with 2‑3 days in the office per week.
