Join Trouw Nutrition as a LIMS Project Manager (Temporary, 1.5 Years) for our TN GB Laboratory. In this role, you’ll represent TN GB Lab interests in the design of a new global harmonized LIMS system for big laboratories and lead its implementation in the TN GB laboratory, ensuring the system meets operational needs and regulatory standards. You will guide the lab through the entire implementation process and support global LIMS harmonization initiatives. This is a project-focused position that gives you the opportunity to shape the future of the GB Lab, partner closely with lab operations, and contribute to Nutreco’s regional and global digital transformation. This position reports directly to the Lab Network Manager due to the strategic importance of the LIMS harmonization project, with a dotted line to the TN GB Lab Manager. About the Role: Lead the LIMS Implementation for GB Lab Responsibilities: Represent TN GB Lab interests in the design and configuration of the new global LIMS, ensuring local requirements are addressed Lead the implementation of the new LIMS in the TN GB laboratory, aligned with global harmonization objectives Act as the main contact for the TN GB Lab on all LIMS-related matters, ensuring system performance and compliance Guide and support the TN GB Lab team through the implementation process, including extensive training, documentation, and change management to enable transformation in lab operations Ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, customer, and Nutreco standards for laboratory information management Collaborate with laboratory staff, key users, IT, and management to gather requirements and optimize lab processes Contribute to global LIMS initiatives by sharing best practices and supporting central LIMS issue resolution as needed Support Lab network manager in other topics related to harmonized LIMS, including preparation and related activities Skills and Expertise / Qualifications: Extensive background in laboratory, with hands-on experience in daily lab operations and team leadership Deep understanding of laboratory workflows, processes, and quality standards Strong working knowledge of LIMS and their impact on lab operations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to train and support colleagues through major system changes Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented Availability to travel occasionally Location: On site, TN GB Lab Why You Will Love Working with Us: Global Benefits Opportunity to shape a new system and make your mark on a major transformation project.
