Job Opportunity: Social Worker – Children’s Services (Contract) Location: Flexible / Remote Options Available Contract: 13 months Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Children's Services team on a 13-month contract. This role is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families while working within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct Single Assessments Identify needs and risks, develop effective care plans, and ensure timely interventions. Support Children and Families Offer guidance and interventions, including for families involved in Care Proceedings. Collaborate with Multi-Agency Partners Work alongside professionals from education, health, and other sectors for holistic support. Manage Duty Tasks Participate in duty rota, attend court hearings, and prepare high-quality reports. Build Positive Relationships Foster trust and effective communication with children, families, and professional networks.
