Experienced Learning Support Assistant – KS2 (Lymington Area)
We are seeking an experienced and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who is looking for work in the Lymington area. This is an opportunity for a skilled practitioner to join a supportive school environment and make a positive difference to pupils across Key Stage 2.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working within KS2, supporting learning in whole-class, small group and one-to-one contexts. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ academic progress, engagement and wellbeing, adapting support to meet a range of learning needs.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working as an LSA in KS2
* Demonstrates a good understanding of the primary curriculum
* Is flexible and confident working across different classes
* Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
* Is patient, proactive and committed to inclusive practice
