As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons across Key Stages, fostering a love for reading and writing while supporting pupils to reach their academic potential. Responsibilities as an English Teacher: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and confidence in both written and spoken communication. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Create an inclusive and motivating classroom environment where all learners feel valued. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and strategies. Requirements for the English Teacher role: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language is desirable. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
