The opportunity:
This is not a traditional content or design role.
You will own how warpSpeed looks, feels, and communicates across product, marketing, and social.
You’ll be responsible for both content and design execution, shaping everything from in-app experience to social creatives and video. This is an exciting, fast-paced role, requiring strong organisation and adaptability.
What you'll do:
Product (UI/UX + Content)
* Own the end-to-end product experience across UI and content
* Design and write onboarding flows, UI screens, empty states, notifications, and AI interactions
* Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma
* Simplify complex features into intuitive user journeys
* Collaborate with product management, developers, and app testers to ensure the successful delivery of features and updates
* Conduct app testing to ensure features meet requirements and quality standards
Marketing & Growth
* Design and write landing pages with a strong focus on conversion
* Develop core messaging, positioning, and product narratives
* Create lifecycle content (emails, push, in-app messaging)
Social & Creative
* Plan and create social content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
* Design high-performing creatives (posts, carousels, short-form content)
* Script, edit, and produce product and marketing videos
* Test, iterate, and optimise based on performance
What We’re Looking For:
* 4+ years of experience across UX writing, content design, product design, or similar roles
* Proven experience working on high-quality digital products with measurable impact
* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and product thinking
* Ability to both write and design, you’re comfortable owning both
* Experience creating social content, creatives, and video
* Strong visual taste and exceptional attention to detail.
* Critical thinking
* Excellent communication skills
* Hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable taking full ownership
* Strong familiarity with AI products and tools is highly desirable
* This is a demanding and challenging role, collaborating directly with a celebrated entrepreneur.
Tools & Skills:
* Figma (essential; you will design, not just review)
* Google Docs / Trello / Jira
* AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
* Adobe Suite
* Video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut)
* Basic understanding of analytics is a plus
