DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright and driven individual to join our Human Resources team as a Senior HR Business Partner. The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as an advisor to Senior Operations leaders, leveraging their strong HR experience and expertise. You will develop and implement business strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. As a natural culture steward, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed Amazon's unique culture into the employee experience. Additionally, you will establish standard processes and policies, support organizational change through effective change management, and be a key member of the Senior Regional HR leadership team, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing a small cluster of Amazon Logistics sites in South West England, partnering with the Senior Operations leader.
2. Driving associate engagement programs, acting as Employee Relations SME, monitoring feedback to enhance employee relations, retention, and rewards.
3. Managing labor relations and complex cases with internal and external stakeholders, integrating legislative updates into HR policies.
4. Creating people-centric plans aligned with business strategies, focusing on talent development.
5. Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives for middle and senior management.
6. Facilitating talent review and succession planning in partnership with management.
7. Using data insights to improve processes, engagement, and policy alignment.
8. Leading HR projects and change initiatives, including new tools and technology deployment.
9. Managing and mentoring a small team, becoming an SME in your business line.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of current HR practices, trends, and tools.
* Proficiency with MS Office and HR Information Systems.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong analytical and experiential decision-making skills.
* Influencing skills.
