Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Legal PA include:
3. Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior stakeholders.
4. Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
5. Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
6. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
7. Maintain and organise confidential files and records.
8. Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
9. Liaise with stakeholders across various departments to ensure smooth operations.
10. Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Legal PA will have:
11. Proven experience in a similar PA/EA role is required.
12. Law firm or legal industry experience is highly desirable, however not essential.
13. Experience supporting multiple people is very advantageous.
14. Strong organisational and time management skills.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
16. Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and external contacts.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
18. Being able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
19. A positive attitude to work with the ambition to want to keep learning and succeeding.
