Providing IT support remotely and onsite for customers as required. Recording information and producing documentation relating to fault calls, change requests, and general enquiries. Contributing to new customer projects and installations. Providing PC, desktop and end user support remotely via an RMM tool. Testing, building and configuring network equipment. Escalating complex calls to relevant Engineering members. Take on additional duties as deemed appropriate to the role and business The training you will be getting The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Information Communications Technician Level 3 The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course. This is a Day Release programme which means you will attend Lincoln/Newark College, 1 day per week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours.
