Requirements:
* Board Certification: Required (Emergency Medicine)
* License: Active Ohio medical license required
* Certifications:
o ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
o ATLS – Advanced Trauma Life Support
o BLS – Basic Life Support
o PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support
o NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent emergency medicine experience required
