Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching and training to adult learners. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Early Years education in the UK, along with the ability to inspire and support learners to achieve their qualifications.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sessions, assessing learner progress, and ensuring all teaching meets Ofsted and awarding body standards. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Essential requirements:
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., Qual in Education and Trainin, PGCE, DET, CertEd or equivalent).
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the UK Early Years Framework (EYFS).
* Experience in delivering and assessing Early Years qualifications to adult learners.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to track learner progress and maintain accurate records.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, learner-focused, and committed to supporting adults to gain the skills and knowledge needed to progress into or within the Early Years sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
