Accounts Administrator
Location: Nottingham City CentreEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 4:00pm (with flexibility)
Role Overview:
As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accountancy firm's operations. Your responsibilities will include secretarial tasks, onboarding new customers, billing and invoicing, credit control, and other ad hoc administrative and financial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial support to ensure efficient office operations.
* Handle the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Manage billing and invoicing procedures accurately and efficiently.
* Conduct credit control activities to ensure timely payments from clients.
* Assist with various administrative and financial tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a business/administrative role is essential.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
