As Senior HR Business Partner – EMEA, you'll be a strategic partner to teams across multiple countries, delivering people programmes that elevate culture, performance, and employee experience. You’ll be part of a collaborative, values-led HR team that’s passionate about supporting people and driving results.
🔹 Location: London, UK (Hybrid), 3 Days a week in Hammersmith, London
🔹 Salary: £80,000–£100,000 + 5% bonus
🔹 Level: Mid-to-Senior
🔹 Type: Full-time, Permanent
What you’ll be doing:
* Partner with leaders and employees across EMEA on HR programmes, policies, and organisational initiatives
* Lead sensitive employee relations matters with integrity and confidentiality
* Support and co-deliver strategic HR projects with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Talent Development
* Ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR best practices
* Champion culture through employee feedback, engagement, and training initiatives
What you’ll bring:
* 7+ years as an HR Business Partner in multi-country roles
* CIPD or SHRM certification preferred
* Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law; experience with APAC (Japan/Australia) is a bonus
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
