The Role
My client is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Professional Services Consultant to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work closely with customers, deliver high-impact solutions, and play a key role in client success.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional services to customers across implementation, onboarding, and optimisation projects
* Act as the technical and functional point of contact during project delivery
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
* Gather customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions
* Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer where required
* Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
* Identify opportunities for service improvement and customer expansion
* Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a Professional Services, Consultancy, Implementation, or Technical Consulting role
* Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple projects successfully
* Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset
* Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
