Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students during exams to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed.
* Distribute and collect exam materials such as question papers and answer booklets.
* Assist in seating students according to the seating plan.
* Maintain a calm and controlled environment, addressing any issues discreetly.
* Report any incidents or irregularities during exams to the exam coordinator.
* Provide support to students where necessary, such as assisting with queries within exam guidelines.
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Punctual, reliable, and professional.
* Able to remain calm under pressure.
* No previous invigilating experience is required, as full training will be provided.
* An enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) will be required - assistance can be provided if needed.
