The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant building services engineering discipline, or NVQ Level 2 with extensive relevant experience in plumbing and commercial washroom installations. Demonstrable experience and ongoing professional development relevant to the role are also valued.

Applicants should have previous hands-on field experience, be IT literate, capable of preparing specifications and contracts for maintenance work, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Informal enquiries can be directed to Ian Brown, Asset Manager, at ian.brown1@aru.ac.uk.
