Overview
We are looking for a committed and motivated Librarian to join our Library Services Resources and Systems team at London College of Communication (LCC).
This Discovery Librarian post is an exciting opportunity to shape how our students and staff discover and engage with our e-resource collections. You will be at the heart of managing, developing, and promoting our digital resources, ensuring they are accessible, visible, and used to their fullest potential. Working closely with colleagues across the University, you'll also take the lead in coordinating supplier support and training, communications, and engagement initiatives that bring our collections to life.
The role also carries leadership responsibilities; you will line manage our Access and Inclusion Librarian, supporting projects and policies that make our services as inclusive and welcoming as possible. Alongside this, you will play an important part in subscription and budget management, contributing to the successful implementation of our new ERM system, ROAM, and using data and reporting to inform decisions.
This post allows for hybrid working, dependent on operational needs, once sufficient training has been completed.
