Care Assistant Role - Belong Crewe
As a Care Assistant, you will collaborate with team members to run the household, maintaining high standards of care and service for residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues. You will provide personal and practical care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a person-centred approach to caring for older people.
* Be self-motivated, resilient, and well-organised.
* Work well under pressure and be flexible to meet residents' needs.
* Assist with personal care, activities, and companionship.
* Monitor residents' needs, health, and wellbeing.
* Respect residents' dignity and privacy.
* Collaborate with residents and families to deliver tailored care.
* Assist with mealtimes and safe moving techniques.
* Maintain accurate records for each resident.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* Commitment to high standards of care, dignity, and respect.
* Previous experience in elderly care preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Dependability, flexibility, and resilience.
