About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our EYFS hub, supporting children aged 4-5 with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with the SEN team to provide targeted support, ensuring every child can achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching and learning for children in the hub
* Develop and implement individual learning plans tailored to the children's needs
* Work collaboratively with LSAs, HLTAs, and the wider school team
* Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular reports on pupil progress
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in EYFS
* Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and early years curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about supporting children with diverse learning needs
