We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

At Adobe, we believe excellence is built through collaboration, innovation, and empowering people to thrive. We're looking for a Transformational Progression Programmes Manager to help shape and drive our global enterprise sales process and strategy.

In this role, you’ll drive EMEA Transformational Pipeline Progression for all Strategic Partnership Programmes (SPP) accounts and opportunities. This includes influencing our own and ecosystem teams to strengthen our sales organisation. You'll help foster a high-performance, growth-focused culture, ensuring our teams and stakeholders have the tools, frameworks, and insights to facilitate success. If you love making complex systems work better for people, and turning ideas into real-world results, this is your chance to create the future of personalisation at scale. SPP is an innovative, global program with a singular mission and commitment: to drive long-term transformational business success for our customers and Adobe. This program drives proven cross-functional frameworks focused on providing Adobe’s customers with the best solutions, partnerships, and paths to transformative outcomes. We win as a team.

What You’ll Do

1. Partner closely with the Sr. Director SPP EMEA and other EMEA leaders to drive and inspire change and growth in the region
2. Set and drive programmatic, repeatable SPP EMEA pursuit approaches from mid-sales cycle through close
3. Drive and measure time-bound opportunity progression governance. Including relationship-building and ongoing alignment with account teams and ecosystem to help break down barriers to customer value
4. Manage the Transformational Steer Co for EMEA – in conjunction with global counterparts. This includes inputs from sales leadership, Executive Sales Strategy, Digital Strategy Group, Solution Consultants, etc.
5. Manage requests and collaboration between SPP and initiatives like the International Advisory Board (IAB) and executive alignment with customers
6. Drive the adoption of progression analysis tools and best practices; as well as set and lead progression governance (best practices, adoption, and data hygiene), alongside partnership with Sales Operations to improve outcomes
7. This role will be measured on facilitation of pipeline progression from stage 3 through close, including velocity/time to close and close rate. This includes structuring and owning the program from mid-cycle through close (including SPP onboarding and leadership review to progress to execution and close)
8. Define clear program outcomes and success measures, and guide initiatives from planning through delivery
9. Interpret and assess current business practices and creative methods for improved efficiency and effectiveness

What You’ll Need to Succeed

10. Several years proven leadership and experience working in sales strategy, across functional groups ensuring alignment of process driving the defined business strategy. Experience designing and program managing in areas such as sales operations/strategy, business development, or services
11. A high-performance self-starter with experience and confidence in building relationships and influence across global teams
12. The ability to work in a structured way in a fast-paced, fast-turnaround environment
13. Strong sense of ownership and flexible and resilient under pressure
14. Outspoken and creative problem solver with a diplomatic approach who operates at the highest level of integrity. This includes curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn
15. A passion for driving positive change, improving how teams work and grow
16. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including at all levels
17. Confidence navigating complexity, and the capability to break down big ideas into clear, actionable steps
18. Comfort with metrics and using data to guide decisions, measure outcomes, and iterate for improvement
