About The Role
We’re looking for passionate people to join us this summer in Minehead
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us across the resort, supporting multiple departments to deliver the best service.
No two days are the same with this role! And we are looking for team who are keen to get stuck in. We have the following positions available
Cleaners
Pool attendants & Lifeguards
Fairground Team Members
Sports Team Members
Quick Service and Restaurant Team Members
Bars and Shops Team Members
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.
No experience is necessary, and we will give you all the training you need.
About You
These positions offer a fixed-term contract, for the summer. If you decide you would like to stay with the Butlin’s family longer, we can discuss career opportunities.
Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
We have live-in accommodation available, so if you're relocating to the area, you can stay on resort for the summer. Subject to terms and conditions.
Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.
