We're looking for a
retail buyer
who understands:
* Product performance
* Margin management
* Category growth
* What actually makes customers buy
Not just someone who raises POs.

What We're Looking For
This role will suit someone who has:
* 3–5+ years in a
retail buying or category-focused role
* Experience working with fast-moving product lines
* A strong understanding of
commercial KPIs
* Confidence analysing sales data and identifying winners/underperformers
* Experience negotiating with suppliers (MOQs, pricing, freight)
If you've worked in:
* Retail head office
* FMCG buying
* Toy / gift / seasonal categories
* Multi-site retail operations
You'll likely feel at home here.
