Job Description Purpose of the role To manage asset and reporting for the bank's wholesale lending portfolio, including developing and implementing portfolio management strategies, monitoring, and assessing portfolio risk, and reporting on portfolio performance and collaborating with relationship managers, credit analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that the portfolio is aligned with the bank's risk appetite and business objectives. Accountabilities Identification, assessment, and mitigation of credit risks associated with the portfolio, including conducting regular portfolio reviews and sensitivity analysis.. Monitoring of performance of the loan portfolio.. Analysing the business cases for lending proposals based on the creditworthiness of borrowers and counterparties, in line with the bank’s strategy.. Implementation of strategies to optimise the portfolio's risk-return profile, including active management of credit exposures, portfolio rebalancing, and credit limit..
