Y6 SATs Intervention HLTA - Hall Green
Are you passionate about helping students succeed and making a real difference in their education? Aspire People is recruiting for an experienced HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to join the Year 6 team at a vibrant primary school in Hall Green. This role offers a unique opportunity to support SATs intervention and assist with general classroom cover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted SATs intervention support for Year 6 students, ensuring they are well-prepared for their upcoming assessments
* Assist with the planning, delivery, and evaluation of intervention sessions tailored to individual needs
* Provide general classroom cover when needed, supporting teachers across a variety of subjects
* Adapt learning materials and activities to meet the diverse needs of students
* Foster a positive and motivating learning environment for students to thrive
* Work closely with teaching staff to track progress and implement strategies for improvement
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar role, ideally within Key Stage 2
* Experience in SATs intervention and exam preparation is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both students and staff
* A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to work well within a team
* Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged if needed)
