An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and hardworking Reception Team for a part-time/full time colleague.
Receptionists serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in a busy fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of duties including (but not limited to):
* Responding to patient queries in a timely, helpful and professional manner
* Managing appointments effectively and efficiently
* Handling enquiries either over the phone or in person at the front desk
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Utilising information systems to support efficient workflow processes
* Actioning information, messages and enquiries for the clinical teams
* Upholding confidentiality at all times
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A positive forward-thinking attitude
* Flexible approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Reception or customer service experience
* Basic PC skills such as Word, Excel
The hours are worked between Monday to Friday and the successful candidate will be expected to work across Helston and Porthleven practices.
