Forest House School is recruiting for a Deputy Head Teacher. We seek an outstanding relationship builder who is passionate about providing children and young people with special needs the best possible education. The successful candidate will have knowledge of formulating the school's aims and objectives, establishing policies to achieve these aims, and inspiring the team to meet high standards for the best outcomes for pupils.

Forest House School provides specialist education for young people aged 13-16 with autism, ADHD, PDA, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Pupils may also exhibit challenging behaviors related to communication difficulties and social understanding.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ensuring quality education and supporting young people with autism, emotional and behavioral difficulties, ADHD, and complex needs within SEN schools. Key characteristics include:
