Overview

Employer: Alliance Healthcare (Cencora). Location: Coatbridge ML5. Salary: £12.96 per hour + benefits. Hours: 40 per week. Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, and one Saturday every 4 weeks. Role: Transport Administration Clerk to support the Fleet and Transport team at our Service Centre in Coatbridge, part of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe via Alliance Healthcare.

Responsibilities

* Correctly enter information onto the transport KPI report
* Complete daily performance logs
* Handle telephone enquiries for external and internal customers
* Manage email inboxes
* Contact drivers during the day as required
* Complete various administration duties relating to the efficient running of the fleet and transport department


Requirements

* Previous experience within a similar administration environment would be highly desirable
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office packages
* Experience with warehouse management systems and EPOD would be beneficial
