An experienced FP&A Analyst is required to support the Digital Finance Business Partner. You will be responsible for preparing financial reporting, consolidations, analysis, and forecasting, with strong financial controls and critical evaluation embedded in the processes. You will also develop your stakeholder relationship skills, influencing and presenting to Senior Finance and Digital management teams.
What you will be doing as an FP&A Analyst
* Support budgeting and forecast cycles across Digital Totex (Capital and Operational spend), including rolling forecast and IBP (long-term business plan).
* Create high-quality reports, analysis, and commentary on Digital financial performance to assist decision-making.
* Manage relationships with Digital leadership to understand and communicate drivers of performance and forecasts to support target achievement.
* Understand the P&L and balance sheet, providing insights on risks and opportunities using financial drivers.
* Contribute to key finance initiatives and support ad-hoc queries from the business and finance teams.
* Influence and present findings to senior finance and Digital management teams based on financial analysis.
What should you bring to the role?
* Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
* Proven experience in FP&A with a track record of adding value.
* System experience with SAP and HFM is preferable.
* Strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
* Attention to detail with the ability to see the broader picture.
* Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting financial analysis to senior management.
* Proactive and ambitious, with high self-set goals and a drive to improve.
