Experienced Refrigeration Service & Diagnostic Engineer
Location: Based in East Anglia (Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, or Cambridgeshire)
Salary: £42-45k (experience dependent)
Hours: 40 hours per week + paid travel time and overtime

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Engineer to work on a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across our customer sites. You’ll handle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring each system runs efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair faults in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
* Carry out planned maintenance visits and reactive breakdowns.
* Participate in our on-call rota to provide 24-hour breakdown cover.
* Support and mentor junior engineers.
* Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration service & maintenance.
* FGAS Category 1 Qualified (essential).
* City & Guilds Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning qualification.
* Hydrocarbon (6187) ticket and CSCS card required.
* IPAF and PASMA desirable.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Enhanced DBS check (for school sites).
* Strong communication skills and flexible working attitude.
* £42–45K salary (experience dependent).
* Paid travel time and enhanced overtime rates.
* 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service).
* Fully equipped, high-spec van.
