Your Role
You will be joining a team that's shaping a forward‑thinking approach to client service and operational excellence at a genuinely exciting time for legal innovation at Burges Salmon.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead priority initiatives and pilots, secure stakeholder buy‑in, and drive adoption across the firm.
* Partner with legal teams, business services and clients as a trusted consultant and translator between tech and non‑tech.
* Coach and develop our Innovation BPs and Legal Technologists.
* Evaluate and prototype solutions using AI, automation, analytics and no/low‑code platforms, working closely with Technology teams and vendors.
* Design training and change activities to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in law, innovation, legal tech, consultancy or similar professional services roles.
* Strong ability to analyse legal processes and translate challenges into technology‑enabled solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence, educate and collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
* Knowledge of AI, automation, legal tech platforms and emerging digital trends.
* A proactive mindset, resilience and the ability to drive change in a complex environment.
