Aspiring Psychologist - Emotional and Mental Health Support Assistant

Responsibilities
As an emotional and mental health support assistant, you will directly help children manage and cope with their emotions and mental health.
* Supporting and shadowing the class teacher.
* Providing 1:1 support for the SEN students.
* Running engaging lessons to keep the classroom fun and exciting.
* Behavioural management as required.
Qualifications
Experience working with vulnerable children is desirable but not essential. Background in sports, art or drama is an advantage. Graduates in a relevant field will also be considered. Ideal candidates are resilient, confident, and suited to supporting young people with challenging mental health needs. The role is suitable for aspiring psychologists, social workers, therapists and counsellors.
