About the Role As a Customer Support Coordinator, you’ll support plant hire operations, manage requests from sites, coordinate breakdowns, and ensure suppliers and internal teams deliver within agreed timescales. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive and process requests from site personnel via telephone, Oracle, and email. Arrange on-hires and off-hires for internal plant first, then external suppliers when needed. Log and manage plant breakdowns through the call management system. Follow up on breakdowns, on-hires, and off-hires to ensure SLA compliance.
