Job Description:
The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring system integrations, data integrity, and compliance while improving HR operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
* Require strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and experience with HRIS platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors.
* Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and IT systems.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
