What’s the opportunity?
You’ll support the Delivery Driver in loading and unloading our furniture and deliver it into our customer’s homes.
Previous furniture delivery experience can be a benefit, but we find personality and the ability to learn new skills more important.
What does the role involve?
* Carefully deliver and install furniture in customers’ homes
* Support the Delivery Driver with making sure the delivery schedule is followed. You’d be making multiple drops daily.
* Work as part of a wider distribution centre team in helping to load and unload furniture onto our vehicles
* Providing a brilliant service to our customers and encouraging their feedback
* Making sure the team is safe by carrying out quality checks
* Heavy lifting
* Work 46 hours over 4 days with every Sunday off
Who are we looking for?
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow process and procedures
* Strives to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
* Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling as this role involves heavy lifting
* Hard working
* Team player
* Experience in a warehouse environment (desirable)
