You have sixty seconds to make the very best first impression, and your time starts as soon as you see someone. Our guests like people who are happy, warm, caring and efficient in their manner. You will instantly make people feel welcome, wanted and that they have arrived “home”.
Your smile is genuine, you are a people person at heart, happy to see new faces and deal with a multitude of questions quicker than google. You know everything about where you work, the details and the quirks. You are methodical, communicative and efficient, able to check somebody into to The Headland in a flash, whilst conveying information, anecdotes and an update on the weather and travel, all at the same time! Juggling is a forte, accuracy a need, and you may give Bill Gates a run for his money on the computer.
Salary and Contract
This is a part-time permanent position based on a 32-hour working week including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible
to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form
of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
