Helping customers access their invoices through an online portal
Working closely with the wider team to help resolve issues
Supporting more senior team members with collections and customer queries
Previous experience within an office environment/ admin-based role (credit control or sales ledger experience a plus but not essential!)
Great communication skills and excellent phone manner
Confident using email and online systems
