Miss Crystal is a jewellery brand and workshop studio in Sheffield city centre. We create handmade silver rings, natural crystal jewellery, and bespoke designs, and run popular workshops for children and adults.
About the Role
We are looking for a sales-driven Jewellery Sales Assistant. The most important part of this role is achieving sales and building strong customer relationships. You will also assist with our crystal workshops, helping customers create their own jewellery.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive in-store sales and meet daily / weekly targets.
* Provide excellent customer service, actively recommending products and upselling where appropriate.
* Assist with crystal workshops (bracelets, necklaces, etc.), guiding and supporting customers.
* Advise customers on jewellery materials, styles, and bespoke options.
* Maintain attractive shop displays and ensure the store is welcoming.
Requirements
* Proven experience in jewellery sales or retail sales is essential.
* Jewellery making skills (especially beading / stranding) are a strong advantage.
* Passion for sales, with a proactive and results-focused attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexible with working hours; (weekends) role starts part-time but may develop into full-time.
