Apprenticeship Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprenticeship What does the apprenticeship involve? The successful candidate will be working alongside experienced Trailer & Body Builders assembling all types of Rigid Bodies and Trailers. The apprenticeship will involve: Learning how to use of hand and air tools Learn how to measure accurately Learn how to read and work from engineering drawings Learn how to become competent and capable of working to demanding deadlines Once the probation period is over you will be placed on an NVQ training course to become a fully qualified Trailer & Body Builder Operative. We are invested in continuous career development throughout your employment and a keen interest in engineering is crucial for this role.On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the candidate will achieve a nationally recognised engineering apprenticeship qualification. Qualifications on completion of the apprenticeship As well as gaining a broad range of professional knowledge and experience, you will gain academic and vocational qualifications such as the Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprenticeship Standard. You will also achieve Level 2 Diploma in Engineering Operations (Skills), as well as a Level 2 Certificate in Engineering Operations (Knowledge).
