Structural Welder – Bromsgrove
Day Shifts | £14.50 - £15.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Bromsgrove.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder with experience welding structural steel up to 50mm thickness, seeking stable day shift work with competitive pay and long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing MIG welding on structural steel components up to 50mm thickness
* Conducting multi-pass welding on heavy gauge materials
* Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
* Fabricating and assembling steel sections
* Ensuring all welds consistently meet required quality standards
* Operating workshop tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in structural steel welding preferred
* Proven MIG welding skills on heavy gauge steel
* Experience working with materials up to 50mm thickness
* Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
* Coded welding qualifications are desirable
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable, hardworking, and a collaborative team player
Working Hours:
* Day shifts, Monday to Friday
Salary:
* £14.50 - £15.00 per hour, depending on experience
