* Job Title: Teaching Assistant
* Salary: £20,906.25 per annum
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
* Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

About the Role
We seek passionate individuals who thrive in challenging but rewarding environments, supporting social, life, and independence skills to make a difference in young people's lives. Experience or interest in autism and related fields is desirable but not essential. You will support pupils in meeting their Education Health Care Plan outcomes, fostering their happiness, health, and independence.

Located in the Rutland countryside, Stretton Shires School is an independent day and residential school for autistic young people aged 11–18, offering specialist secondary education. Established in 2005, we are expanding our day pupil numbers and seeking dedicated staff to support our growth.
