What you'll do day to day
* Manage the aftersales teams including parts, vehicle technicians, and service advisors
* Coach and motivate team members
* Monitor performance against targets and budgets
* Analyze performance areas and provide guidance for improvement
Helpful skills and qualifications
* Previous experience in the automotive industry
* Comprehensive knowledge of the motor trade
* Ability to influence, motivate, and manage a team effectively
* Methodical and logical approach to workloads
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
