Location: Enfield
Salary: £150 – £240 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time
About the Role:
* Deliver creative, personalised lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEMH pupils.
* Establish a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Support students in building resilience, confidence, and essential life skills.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to provide tailored interventions.
* Assess progress and adjust learning plans to maximise outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Prior experience working with SEMH students (desirable but not essential).
* Strong behaviour management and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to teaching.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
