Managing Quantity Surveyor Freelance: to £550 per day Ltd Based: Central London (SW1V) An experienced Quantity Surveyor with high level commercial management experience is required for a major infrastructure project involved within the renewable sector. Our client is delivering a £1bn scheme and requires a commercial astute Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to deliver key pre-construction and procurement tasks. The role will be stand alone, working closely with the Project Director to get the project to a place it needs to be. The environment is fast paced, collaborative and pressurised at times so it requires a like minded individual. The suitable applicant will have the following experience: * Strong NEC background * Must have worked on major projects * Commercially astute, organised and be able to work at a fast pace * Structured career history * Strong Pre-Construction and procurement experience
