About the Role
We're looking for a highly driven Product Manager to take ownership of a defined product portfolio and shape its future within our UK business. In this role, you will combine market insight, product expertise, and commercial thinking to build and manage a high-performing product assortment that meets customer needs and aligns with our strategic direction. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams and act as the central hub for product knowledge, lifecycle planning, and category performance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and shape the product portfolio in line with strategic direction, including identifying new product opportunities
Collaborate with international partners, internal teams, suppliers, and purchasing to influence portfolio
Manage the full product lifecycle, setup, modifications, discontinuations, and assortment hygiene
Build and maintain deep product expertise and act as technical support for the organisation
Support marketing and sales initiatives by providing product information, technical insights, and training (online and physical
Drive category visibility and growth through proactive marketing suggestions, cross-divisional campaigns, and internal communications
Monitor and optimise category performance including KPIs, inventory health, online presence, and core/non-core assortment.
Skills & Requirements
Strong understanding of product lifecycles, technical product attributes, and product application
Ability to interpret technical data, safety documentation, and compliance requirements
Skilled in analysing market trends, competitor activity, and performance data
Experience managing new product introductions, modifications, and discontinuations
Excellent stakeholder management with purchasing, marketing, sales, and international teams
Curious, commercially minded, and eager to grow product knowledge
