Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including masking, sanding, and priming
* Polishing vehicles to a high standard following paintwork completion
* Ensuring all work is carried out to manufacturer and company standards
* Maintaining a clean and organised working area
* Working efficiently to meet deadlines and quality targets
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a prepper/polisher within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good understanding of bodyshop repair methods and processes
